    Hi Henry,

    Really good the concept when even your leg is domained by your opponent on the ground. I didn’t know it.

    The main ideas:

    1 – Stretching the leg;
    2 – Stretching away;
    3 – Switching side;
    4 – 1 again;
    5 – 2 again;
    6 – 3 again and so on.
