    Henry, can the guy on bottom block your leg from coming over his head with his left hand? If so what can you do about that?

      Sure, if he knows its coming, but if I see him setting up before hand to block the leg I will step different. If he does block the leg and i’ve sat back already then its a battle to keep him down using my leg over his chest then try to pass the leg over his head when I have the opportunity

    Henry, I don’t think you’ve shown any mount attacks using the s-mount. Just curious if there was any particular reason for you not showing s-mount at all

      I don’t use S-mount because I feel its less stable, I end up sitting on them, so their movements have a greater effect on me. There is a very simple escape from S-mount too that I show in my Mount maintenance and escapes course
