    Henry how do you protect your groin from knees in all your clinches?

      With the double under grip my waist is a little back so my groin is not that exposed, if they are to throw a knee it would more hit the belly, but because once I have the grip it’s hard for theme the move their hips knees are not quite easy ton throw.

    I like to throw just one good, deep, knee from Double Unders and hope they throw one back (Which ive noticed around 90% do). Once you get the timing down, it’s like a Free Ticket 🎟 to Groundsville! 🤙🏻….
