    Question on the goal from side control bottom. When I spar my Coach, he always told me and I think he does this to always pay attention to my head, hands and hips.
    Therefore; after he passed my guard and on side control top, i fought my way to be on my side and I am usually succeded, but by giving away my back.
    I would ball up and try to throw my bottom leg so I can throw my upper leg to turn and turtle. He read me and always control my bottom pant and put pressure on my hip so I was flat. The pressure was tremendous, which made me just tap from the pressure. How to solve this? Thanks
