    Love this drill! Definitely going to replace some roll time with this after classes from now on. Thank you again! One question: when you get thrown over the head from under the armpits are you just transferring weight down to the hips by sitting?

    Train near 100 percent, I was always wondering. When you are rolling in class how hard do you roll and how hard do you recommend your students to roll. Thank you I enjoy the instruction
