    Never seen this detail about flattening an. Opponent very good ill have to try it with someone much bigger wilit work against someone bigger is there something you can do if they do start to stand ?

    Also are you pressing the heels of your feet together as you engage hips and spread knees apart .. Meaning are you extending your your legs or pushing with your feet ?

    Ive tried this and it wasnt working against someone whos 220 pounds im 140 any tips i thought it dupposed to work against heavier guys you abd the guy in the video lookaround the same size
