Getting the Head in Position for the Escape

    Excellent. And for the escaping bow and arrow choke, the escape direction is NOT where choking hand’s fingers direction right? I always confuse these two escapes in regards to which side to escape.

      For bow and arrow and rear naked it’s the same, want to move away from the choking arm.

    Thanks. Is this principle true IF bow and arrow is almost settled? Because if grip is deep then when I try to move away then I am choking my self even more. This really confuses me.

    Henry I have found that the head turn works really well for the RNC but I have still been choked with the bow and arrow. What do you think isngoing wrong?
