Adrien P November 21, 2017 at 11:53 am Log in to Reply I have the same question as William. Usually when I’m the guy in the top position I’m waiting for the bottom guy to bridge so I can free my right leg (in this case) turn belly up and base before turning back into him and getting side control. The top player can only stop the bridge if it is angled straight across, but if the bridge is more over the shoulder like with the umpa then I don’t think the top player has base at that angle.
