    Hi Henry, in your technique demonstration, would you advise using your right-arm to push up on your opponent to alleviate some of his weight, making it easier to turn onto your right shoulder?

      No by turning you alleviate the weight pushing with the arm uses too much strength for this escape and is counter productive to helping you turn, the swing of the legs and understanding how to use the shoulder is what really helps you to get on your side.

    I think of this as a Twist and pull motion, the little Elbow motion just make’s the pull part easier by widening the gap ur coming out of. Great Technique as usual Proffesor ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿป….
