I do a sacrifice throw by rotating my right shoulder forward and down, making sure not to land on the shoulder directly. I use the attacker as a landing pillow. What do you suggest? My concern is that my neck is exposed once my opponent’s arms no longer are gripping around my arms. He could execute a head lock.
