    What happens if they grab you low around the elbow level? I do a sacrifice throw by rotating my right shoulder forward and down, making sure not to land on the shoulder directly. I use the attacker as a landing pillow. What do you suggest?

    In my Japanese JJ we do it similar but we also step out a bit at 45 deg to take his balance –take his balance & center–

    I love this technique. My concern is that my neck is exposed once my opponent’s arms no longer are gripping around my arms. He could execute a head lock.
