    When in guard and he is trying to pull you over by the collar, tuck your chin and pull your head back to align the spine and thrust into him with your hips. If he is also pulling the sleeve, pull that back. There is no need to tense parts of your body that are not being attacked. It only wastes energy. This should be the first things you should be taught when inside someone’s guard. Learn these and you will become immovible.
