Excellent course! A big old guy like myself can really use this material when the younger quicker guys get past my guard and land in side control. Thanks

My one concern about using this in training is injuring my training partner’s knee. Is there some advice as to how to drill and train this in live rolling safely?

Very very cool stuff Henry, thank you!! Quick question for you. I have a partner that will get knee on belly, control my collar with one hand and then control my far arm by ‘scooping’ it and then driving his own elbow into my sternum. Do you have an escape for that?
