Is there some advice as to how to drill and train this in live rolling safely? Bryan S April 23, 2018 at 6:49 pm Log in to Reply This is the best series I have seen on KOB escapes and defenses, thank you Professor! Jesus L May 27, 2018 at 10:05 pm Log in to Reply Thank you Sensei Henry Great teacher and great information im looking forward the next series of Escapes and reversals for example escape from the mount and back. Thank you again you are a great teacher ¡ Carlos B January 8, 2019 at 12:10 pm Log in to Reply Very very cool stuff Henry, thank you!! Quick question for you. I have a partner that will get knee on belly, control my collar with one hand and then control my far arm by ‘scooping’ it and then driving his own elbow into my sternum. Do you have an escape for that? Leave A Comment Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
