      what is a thread pass? is that the same as a Knee slice? Different schools sometimes use different terms for similar techniques

    Yea, I’ve also been having some trouble with a “combat base”, one knee up and one down. Hope you get to make a video soon to address this.

    What are you option when the opponent pins the lower leg with their knee, extending my leg becomes almost impossible once they have their weight on it
