    Hi Henry,

    could you please make a video to show us how to move around the body of our opponent ?
    Because i have a hard time for maintaining my weight on the upper part of the body when i go from side to side.

    I think i missing something

      There are many ways to move around, you can skip your feet, or switch your legs/hips, the key to staying heavy is to keep your knees and elbows off the ground, you can practice this on a dummy or a big ball
