    Hi Henry, I notice that when you move your hips out you also pinching your elbow on the floor, trapping your opponent’s gi.
    I guess it’s for preventing him to create space, isn’t it?
    I woud like to know how to do the same in no gi?

      No, it has nothing to do with trapping the gi… besides collar chokes I really try to avoid using the uniform, because I don’t want to rely on an article of clothing for my jiu-jitsu to be effective

    Is there any possibility that your opponent could just grab the arm holding his leg and advance to mount? If he was able to do so, what would your next move be?
