      yes that’s kind of an important measuring tool for me when I first teach cross side control, that way your centerline is across their shoulder line

    Hi, great video. What can I do if before I get to chest to chest my opponent frames with his forearms on my chest?

    I like is the concept of keeping my hands loose and using my movement in my legs and my chin on shoulder to stay on top. Less energy and strength used!!
