When you are in the process of standing up and have one leg (your right leg in your demonstrations) up and are still leaning to your left (so before you have transferred your weight back over your right leg) are you in danger of being swept to your left with a flower sweep or similar?
Yes of course that’s a possibility if they trap the leg and arm, so as soon as they use their arm to hook my leg, I will drop that knee to the ground and lift the other and stand killing the sweep.
When standing it’s important the order in which you put the legs up to stand, if my right arm is my lead arm then my right legs goes up first, this helps defend against the pendulum or flower sweep and the arm bar
