More experienced people have been defeating it and I couldn’t figure out why. Henry A January 17, 2017 at 10:05 am Log in to Reply You’re welcome! Daniel R January 30, 2017 at 2:20 am Log in to Reply Ive noticed that this is very effective, unless the opponent grabs his own hand and pulls it back into the centre. Have you ever come across that? Thanks Henry A February 15, 2017 at 8:48 am Log in to Reply yup! then just attack the neck! his arms aren’t defending his neck anymore Andy P April 8, 2017 at 8:59 am Log in to Reply very nice detail… leading with the elbow! Y M November 14, 2018 at 10:09 am Log in to Reply Prof Henry, what an extraordinary, extraordinary difference this minor detail makes. Thank you. Rich B March 29, 2019 at 4:30 am Log in to Reply Excellent technique. I used to use my same side elbow alone to pry open the arm when my opponent protects their neck but then I have to switch hands. This approach gets it setup in one move and gives you the space to get underneath his arm on the same side. Can’t wait to put this into action. Thank you Prof Henry.
