Thanks for cleaning up my Americana! More experienced people have been defeating it and I couldn’t figure out why.

Ive noticed that this is very effective, unless the opponent grabs his own hand and pulls it back into the centre. Have you ever come across that?

    Thanks

How do you apply this from side control?

Prof Henry, what an extraordinary, extraordinary difference this minor detail makes. Thank you.

Excellent technique. I used to use my same side elbow alone to pry open the arm when my opponent protects their neck but then I have to switch hands. This approach gets it setup in one move and gives you the space to get underneath his arm on the same side. Can’t wait to put this into action. Thank you Prof Henry.
