Henry, if your opponent has his elbow down (in this case his right elbow) do you just focus on attacking the other arm or would you go to a north-south position? What would you do in the case where you could not attack his arm because he has the elbow down?
Yes I can either attack the far arm or shift back so I’m chest to chest with him and I use my hip to annoy the arm by turning my hip onto his wrist and compressing it, usually the react by straightening their arm, the other thing I can do is bother his neck, I know he can really easily avoid being choked but to avoid it he has to give me his elbow again.
