Paul B April 4, 2018 at 11:40 am Log in to Reply Hi Henry. When I am mounted by someone more experienced, sometimes they prevent the umpa by either basing across with the opposite arm or sometimes they create a post with the same side knee (even if I have the leg trapped). Any suggestions? Thanks! Leave A Comment Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
