    Elbow to kill the squeeze and crossing the arm to the opposite hip to prevent guard jumping and the angle it provides so the arm and the head can slip out of the hold👊🏻

    Elbow across the body on the bottom is fantastic. Would it help to shrug your shoulders when pulling out?
