    I like the emphasis on practicing until you can do this without your knee touching the ground. This keeps this in the realm of self defense and doesn’t assume you will be on mats.

    Just showed this move to my high school varsity wrestler son. He loved it and was appalled that his coaches had never shown it. Instead, they are taught to just keep shooting forward right and try to out- strength opponents.
