    Henry, in Unit 3 you talked about keeping your weight on the balls of your feet when facing an aggressor. Does the same thing apply here? Thanks, Greg

      No, here weight is equally distributed on your foot because once connection is made you have to shift depending on the direction of there force. In the other unit, the weight is on the balls of the feet specifically to be able to deal with forward pressure, them coming at you.
