    Can you give some pointers on locking that arm to you, preferably with just one arm, I’m having it get pulled out pretty often after things get sweaty😅

    I am really interested in two arms as well, but the second I start commiting two arms to hold I get sniffed out and they posture up really hard

    This was one of the first takedowns I learned and I learned it from a member of the Gracie family. I’ve always loved it, but, as usual, Henry’s explanation really brings the important elements into focus.

    how much strength do you use? if the person is bigger and weighs 50+ pounds more than you, will it be difficult to sweep them?
