    henry, are you straightening, like planking your body to make it heavy or more of a curl? cause i see you just relax there and not much of lifting of the hip.

    The key thing is to bite down with with your heels. It drives the weight down on your opponent’s leg that’s trying to stand up.

    “There’s nothing stopping you from being comfortable?” Henry A. So many time’s i (Also other’s I’ve seen) was in my own way and essentialy help the opponent get what they want. Once you realise this and that you can stay at neutral, it’s not a ‘Go forward or Go Back’. ‘Up the Ladder or Down the Ladder’ situation,Ever.You can Stay right where you are at ‘Safe’, ‘Comfortable’. Working on the basic movement’s my opponent need’s to accomplish their goal’s and vice-versa. Certainly my understanding of Defence went up dramatically and therefor my Offensive improved massively also. And as Mushasi said i now see it in ALL thing’s. Thank You Henry 🙏….
