As a blue belt I am constantly wearing my opponents on my back – this will be a lifesaver.

What is the answer of they have the bottom hand(underhook) in too? Same procedure?…

    • Henry A August 28, 2017 at 8:37 am

Seen Rickson do this Soo many time’s both Gi and No-Gi, but never had the details explained. I knew it was very effective but for the life of me couldn’t work out exactly why it was so effective. Now i do. Now to the Bat 🦇 Cave! 🥋 🤙🏻
